Member profile & account configuration
Each of our members will have their own account and profile. Their accounts have personal information, including contact details and email preferences, which are only visible to you.
Your profile is visible to all logged-in members and includes your personal description, interests, genres, and books you read.
In your own community, you control how members join your community, the content of the notification emails, and the profile fields and pages.
For example, you can invite fellow authors and readers to join open or closed groups you create to chat about whatever book-related topics you need to discuss.
Profile Fields
IMPORTANT: You won't appear on our All Members pages until you have a profile image or avatar uploaded to your profile, and a completed bio. As soon as you have completed that, you will appear on our different member pages.
I Turn Pages comes with a set of profile fields:
- First name, last name, profile image, profile banner, organization, function, country, self-introduction (which is your profile bio), interests, genres, and expertise.
You are in control of these details and can add them as necessary, or not.
