Rod Granet, award-winning novelist and womanizer, is the keynote speaker at a writers conference. After the opening session and in front of a crowd, Maggie DeLuca, Father Frank’s sister, accuses Granet of stealing her book and says he will pay for it. The night, Granet is murdered. The sheriff quickly zeros in on Maggie as his prime suspect and hauls her to jail in handcuffs. The sheriff threatens Father Frank with jail if he gets involved in the investigation. But, the sheriff is not the only one threatening Father Frank. Can Father Frank stay alive and out of jail long enough to solve this troublesome case?
