Newly graduated music-lover Nicole Nero knows exactly what she wants out of life: a job at South Coast’s most prominent record label, a comfortable place to live, and the affection of the gorgeous and talented musician Elijah West. The only problem is Nicole is underqualified, broke, and invisible. As she fights to turn her luck around, Nicole discovers that not everything is as it seems, and some of what she once wanted isn't what she wants any more.
