Pope Pius X111 is dying; the Church is now in terminal decline. Cardinal Manzu, Secretary of State in the Vatican, is involved, with people outside the church, in a massive financial scam. He has to get a new Pope who - unwittingly - will sign a new power of attorney, thus enabling him to remain in control of the transfer of billions of Dollars.
