Genre Mystery
Darcy Merriweather is a wishcrafter witch that has the ability to grant wishes and also runs a personal concierge company. She is hired by an elite runner Abby Stillwell to organize a Wicked Mad Dash competition with proceeds going to a local family. On the day of the race, Abby is found dead at the bottom of a gulley. Everyone loved Abby, so if it was wasn’t an accident, then who wanted her dead? Darcy finds herself trying to weed through a list of suspects including Abby’s best friend, her secret fiancé, her ex-boyfriend, and even her co-workers. While all this is going on, Darcy has concerns for her sister Harper’s health, tries to help a friend with wedding plans (and keep those plans under wraps from her bad witch mamma), and tries to convince another friend to embrace the “good” side of witchery.
