Rais Neza Boneza born the 29.07.1979 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Currently, he lives in Exile in Norway. Artist, writer, poet and peace activist; Rais Boneza's book is a magnificent tribute to human dignity and solidarity. The author is able to keep a sense of hopefulness while conveying the inner turmoil experienced by a human in exile fleeing the horrors of war. Being in exile, he recalls his memory and dreams of hope, love and passion while yet the world still in torment. Most poems present a successful mixture of the universal and the particular, and as a result most readers will be able to identify with the main character as he goes through his search for freedom and wholeness. His writing has been published in different magazines worldwide.
