In the early 2000s, Hell invaded Earth, and Heaven came down in answer. Thus began the Apocalypse. Eventually, Heaven and Hell reached a cease-fire agreement to avoid mutually assured destruction, but Earth had already been wiped out by the clash. Heaven rebuilt Earth, naming it Terra, and returning all manner of magic to the world. Now, 300 years later, Abaddon, demon warrior of the ninth circle of Hell, travels to the Terran city of New Eden to live amongst the mortals as a professional hero. But he will face much greater challenges than slaying monsters. Will he be up to them?
