While trying to relax on a well-deserved vacation, travel writer Rome London is approached by a mysterious woman confirming that her recurring nightmare is real: Jamie Webb has gone missing and Rome's his last hope. After the State Department corroborates his disappearance, Rome and Heath hop a plane to the Caribbean.
