2018 has been such a fun year with two of my books being made into Hallmark Christmas movies, and writing the novelization to one of Hallmark's Original movies. This picture was from a reader luncheon in Wisconsin in the spring.

Katherine Barclift had it all: the perfect job, the perfect car, and what she thought was the perfect marriage. But when her entire world collapses in one stomach-churning instant, she hits the road and keeps driving until that so-called “perfect life” is just a dot in her rearview mirror.

Aside from my own novels, I also co-author the G Team Mysteries (aka The Granny Series) with Kelsey Browning. These books are such a hoot. We like to describe them as the Golden Girls meet Dirty Harry. Only these are NOT your momma's grannies. Well, a couple of years ago, Kelsey and I hit the road on a three week road trip and we visited 17 states and left 500 books in Little Free Libraries all along the way. You can visit the video URL to see some of our stops.

I'm so blessed to have a little bit of land to share with my horses. This picture is from one of the very few snowy days we get in central North Carolina. Don't they look so pretty. I ride the palomino. Her name is Tooter.
