Series readers: do you binge a whole series back to back, or space the books out? Does it change how much you enjoy them?

Hello HF fans. Trump would call me a HF nut-job because I can't find in me to read any other genre. Perhaps I need "help" to get over this.

I've just finished a book I loved and now nothing appeals. How do you get over a book hangover, and what do you reach for next? And is this just me?
