Reads like a slasher film
Hannah has been through hell and is trying her best to pick the pieces of her life back up and move forward. This leads her to a retreat with a group of friends - a time to get away from the day-to-day, heal through yoga and sound baths, while literally being disconnected technology-wise. This was my first slasher read and also seemed like a good one to pick up for the summer. It read like a scary movie, but I found it to be a tad bit predictable.
